From WWI, to WWII, to Revenants going around.

Never thought I'd /get/ to play Henri again, nor /want/ to, but here we are. Me playing him and wanting to.

Was not entirely sure where to put so I'll throw it here - Please put events on the calendar moving forward so I don't get too much overlap on DMing in the weekends/people don't accidentally go over one another (additionally, check calendar to see if spots are free). Cheers!

Was fun to see Whitespoor get tossed and to see how the different groups interact with each other.

Very interesting :)

While I know that this event didn't go the way that was planned, or the way that people envisioned it going, I still want to thank you for it. The decisions that were made IC were based off IC motivations. So while the event swayed off course, it still all made sense ICly.

I still await the next event. Keep it up!

Is this a serious question or a funny one?
Its actually a little bit of both. If you want a serious critique;

The current stasis is ruining the rp enviornment for my character. Cedlas' goal is to try and gain Theodra's favor which is sort of immensely difficult if his arm was broken a while ago. Cedlas has sought people out that can heal it, but in the end it has led nowhere.

His arm is broken, and he can't exactly hold any hunts, or teach people how to hunt with a broken arm.
Other people have this problem, not just me.

I think the point is; The stasis has lasted way too long.

While I can see it wearing on some, I think the weariness is what adds flavor to this campaign. If everything is just surface level emotions, then there's no depth to the campaign. The world is /supposed/ to feel weary. Immortality is a tiring prospect.

But I don't believe it shall go on too much longer, regardless.

But it bars roleplay that could happen from happening.

I disagree. I see where you are coming from, but it gives all of our characters challenges to overcome and forces us to adjust and step outside of our comfort zones.

Shrugs

Look man, the boy got stabbed in the back by his own sword, had his hair turned into gold, has been hit in the head, bruised, broken a finger, and faced unimaginable cruelty.

This is prime character development.

Learning to sing in the rain is a beautiful thing.

Learn to hunt without it. Surely Theodra would find that cooler and more inspiring behaviour from a potential blessed than just waiting for a safe space.
She's a primal force of nature. Nature doesn't care if you've got a broken arm, it says deal or die.

Believe me, I've tried. In the end it restricts my character from doing things.

Character development happens, and then he's stuck with a broken arm for another month.

I don't know man, it's hard to really overcome combat related problems when it comes to the Stasis since injuries don't heal, all it takes is one unlucky roll or a mistake on the person's part to just be forced to not being able to do much in the campaign.

I feel everyone's frustration to it as when you are heavily injured and cannot heal, or death will not happen to you. I will take Eimar for my example eimar should of by all accounts have died from a medical standpoint, from dueling Valiant. The sword alone would have ruptured his lung, diaphragm small, and large intestines, as well as a myriad of other small organs that are vital for the living also now suffer from tension pneumothorax alone always now. Not to count the being thrown bodily by a god into hardstone work, which would result in numerous breaks, fractures, and such. While I get what the event staff was striving for, which is something unique and exciting that you basically are undead, I can see people's frustrations if you don't know you would accurately RP sever damage or broken injuries. Or the body response to such, but at the same time offers an exciting take on how people icly would handle taking such sever risks without consequences.

I really like the stasis because the events team was willing to make a very bold move and changed the setting of the server, which to me makes it much more enjoyable.
