All dishes will be served along the centres of each table, not per individual. You can decide and help yourself after it is served, there will be plenty The following is laid out per table.

First Course​

- Large platters of Lobster, crab, and oysters with a butter and garlic sauce.
- Plates of miniature pastries stuffed with venison, chicken, or rabbit filling.
- Freshly baked white bread with bowls of whipped butter.
- Ham, leek, and pea soup.

Second Course​

- Roast Swan and Geese, with side of onion and sage stuffing.
- Roast Boar, with optional apple sauce.
- Roast Deer, salted and cooked with thyme and sage for flavouring.
- Beef fillets in a red wine gravy.
- Roasted Potatoes.
- More bread and butter is served.

Third Course​

- Sweet pasties basted in a honey glaze.
- Cherry pudding served with custard.
- Large cakes with icing and decorative sugar flowers and cherries atop.
- Normal and Blood Oranges! (Gifted from House Fuvur)

Drinks​

- Mulled Wine (A red wine served warm with spices like Anise and Cinnamon)
- A mix of Dark Ales from Eberau (Gifted from House Eberhall)
- Tea of several varieties, can be served with honey.
- Red or White Wine​
