Hello all,
The title says it all. To note, these are RagingLunacy's children, I'm just posting this on his behalf.
As a note, these characters are the daughters of Kyri Bluestone ( @Yuki The Witch ) and Bliss Bluestone/Belmont ( RagingLunacy ), and grandchildren of Isabelle Belmont (Me) and James Stirling ( Tot ). They're both born of noble families and will most likely be exposed to a large variety of people. One thing that is absolutely mandatory in the Belmont family is that they all look similar to each other being in the same bloodline or descendent from Isabelle and that applies to Joy and Merry as well and Belmonts have extremely long hair, so it's up to you if you want to continue that.
The girls come from a long and large family of mages, so they are constantly surrounded by magic. They have a blood related Aunty named Anaheid Belmont ( Raal ) and they have Earthspawns for adopted Great Grandparents who are Kam ( Kamaoe ) and Azgir ( Jazzper ) through Isabelle, making all of their children the grand aunts and uncles of Joy and Merry.
Parents
Kyri:
Mostly focused on the mining business and running the local trading, the father of the family mostly sticks to the background these days. He is also a capable chef but hasn't quite placed much focus on this skill beyond the family home. Also known to be rather impulsive and loud at times, seemingly not afraid to speak his mind either, yet while this makes him easily clash with outsiders, he is caring and spoils his daughters a good bit.
Bliss:
The mother of the family is quite the character. A highly skilled chef who dabbles with alchemy while also being a Formistry-focused mage who frequently experiments and tests her magic near the family home. Bliss is hardly ever seen without a wide grin and an overly optimistic (sometimes viewed as apathetic) mentality. She doesn't shy from encouraging her daughters to focus on their interests and happily causes mischief along with them- or well, at least with Merry, as Joy tries to keep them both a bit toned down on this.
Very much like herself, Bliss hopes to raise her daughters to be adaptive and versatile, so that when they're older they are capable of handling as much as they might encounter out in the big scary world by themselves, whether they'll pick up a bunch of handcrafting skills, hone their cleverness and wit, embrace physical nimbleness and competence, etc.
Both daughters haven't fully explained the full nature of the Vyres and Spiritblessed yet due to their age, despite Bliss being both of these. Instead, she spun a small fairytale of her own past around it. This is the same for her cat eyes, as the ever playful mother who very much dotes on her daughters, doesn't want to make them think it's all fun and games and her unusual state of being is something they should currently find potential interest in for themselves.

Joy:
Joy can be a bit on the impulsive side, but despite being in her early teens, she tries to act more serious and mature, especially in contrast to her younger sister. She tries to behave and be polite to leave a good first impression on people though is still prone to the occasional childish or emotional outburst of her own. Her mind can easily wander into wonderment and her own fantasies during these times, especially with her fascination with fairytales and stories. She tries to be a good example to her younger sister and sometimes tries to even tell off either her father for his outbursts or her mother for her occasional happy-go-lucky antics. Though Joy's maturity still has a bit of childish intent behind it, as she likes to see herself as a proper 'lady' or 'princess' of the desert due to her family's status and their home practically being a small palace. Despite playing the 'straight (wo)man' in the family, she is very much aware she is loved and genuinely loves them back.

Merry:
Bliss' youngest daughter tends to not just be very expressive and forward emotionally, but also tends to take whatever emotion she feels up to 11. If she laughs, she'll laugh the hardest. If she feels sad, the tears will flow. If she's angry, then hide the local elves because the whole street will hear. Yet for as forward and emotional she can be, Merry just as easily flips her emotions whenever something else evocative draws her focus, whether a crying girl suddenly finds herself bursting with happiness upon getting ice cream, or happy laughter turns to to spontaneous shriek from being surprised by a nasty bug.
Yet much like her mother, Merry can have her very mischievous moments as well, though for her these schemes are from an innocent child's perspective, rather than the purposeful intent Bliss has behind her own antics. She very much loves sweets and desserts, especially ice cream, and would love to learn how to make them all herself so she can have them when she wants.
