Too many violent attacks have been plaguing the lands of Altera. Too many innocent people are perishing due to the ruthless and immoral actions of criminals. The Gods seemed to have abandoned us and there are no guards left to protect us. This is why we have been created, this is our purpose.

The Black Banners are a mercenary organisation that specializes in assassinations, guarding, escorting and torturing contracts. We are able to be hired by any and all citizens of Altera in order to complete contracts. These contracts can be about murdering an individual or a group, framing certain people for malicious crimes, guarding/escorting people or protecting events for people.
Types of Contracts and Pricing:
Murders/Assassinations:
7500 Radiants for a typical murder
8000+ Radiants For Organisation Kills
10000+ Radiants For Political Leaders
Guarding/Escorting:
2000 Radiants Per Day (RP) for Guarding/Escorting
Extra Costs apply per mercenary to be used
Escorting Political/Organisation Leaders 7000+ Radiants
Framing:
Costs may very per target and job
Extra 5000 Radiants for a framed Murder on an individual
Extra 8000 Radiants for a framed murder on an organisation or town
Extra 10000 Radiants for a framed murder on a Political leader or God
Torturing:
Results/Costs may vary
Rules for creating a Contract
1) Be Respectful- These mercenaries are risking their lives in order to assist you in your needs. Sometimes prices may be lowered or increased depending on whoever it is that needs to be dealt with.
2) Always pay a negotiated percentage upfront before the contract begins- Too many people seem to ignore RP consequences these days so upfront payment is required for the Roleplay to occur
3) Results of a contract are final- There are no "follow" up kills if said person who is murdered is revived. Feel free to hire the organisation again to murder that person but results from a contract are final
4) Always pay- Either pay with money or pay with your life and town (if you fail to do so).
5) Remember this is to create political RP on the server- Don't be mad or upset if your character is murdered or framed for something, its just Roleplay.

The Black Banners can be hired in a number of ways:
1) Contact Rolan Payne in Roleplay and ask about hiring the organisation
2) Message myself on the forum and we can privately RP out the contract if you want to avoid Metagaming
3) Find out the location of The Black Banners organisation in ROLEPLAY and come visit us~ (Warning: Do not come in armor or with weapons or you will be Murdered and/or tortured)
