I, the ever-beloved traveling fool known as Calico Kidd, have decided to govern!
It is my solemn delight to announce my impending election to one of the council seats, and to express my gratitude for your vote.
My platform is thus!
As a traveler, I shall barely be present to intrude within your lives, which will make it very inconvenient for the rest of the council to do so as well! Additionally, I promise that when I am within the city, I shall make it incredibly difficult for the council to get anything done, derailing conversations about dull things such as taxes and suggesting instead things I will swear are important and push into a vote, but vote against every time!
A vote for Calico is better than a vote for no one, it's a vote in favour of malicious compliance!
