[Travel Advisory] Cannibals

The Lord's Council of the Kingdom of Abermore have decreed a general travel ban for any and all civilian vessels from sailing north of the Mesis Archipelago for the sake of their safety and well being. A tribe of primitive human cannibals reside on the northernmost isle in the archipelago and will consume all persons who are so unfortunate as to run aground near them.

[Below is an elaboration posted just for towns in the Kingdom of Abermore]

This tribe does not have the capabilities to build nor pilot boats or ships so the event of cannibal sightings on the mainland is nigh impossible. In the highly unlikely event of a cannibal somehow ending up in the mainland, do not attempt contact; they are prone to violence if provoked. The surrounding water of the isle is under constant guard by the Royal Navy so there is nothing to fear from the Kingdom's citizens.
