Across the various kingdoms, a mark of a red hand with a light blue feather could be found on some of the posters.
Typically posters with bounties or money involved, but some invitations as well.
A note is also written underneath, reading,
”I have been awakened,
The purge of wannabe criminals shall start,
Only the truth can thrive.”
The end has four characters of no known language, presumably a signature.
