Declaration of Sovereignty over the Sands

The Court of the Night Star announces it’s ascension to higher nobility, supported by the Empire of the Undying. From henceforth, Dayton Erarh shall be titled King Dayton, Ruler of the Sands, Lord of the Night Star, Keeper of the Gate and Magnate of the Undying. Melarue Lydril shall be titled Queen Melarue, Ruler of the Sands, Lady of the Night Star, Keeper of the Gate and Magnate of the Undying. Both are equal rulers of the Abyssal Consortia, with equal responsibility to uphold it.

The Great Sands, the Southern Expanse, the deserts framed by the winding rivers to the North and West, are now claimed under the Abyssal Consortia by right of conquest. Let it be known these lands are now ruled by it’s King and Queen, and any within this territory should be prepared to become part of this newfound Kingdom and swear fealty to the King and Queen, or have their lands seized.

Those who seek to join the Consortia are welcome, anyone of any kind will more than likely be welcomed with open arms.

We’re not going to do anything to anyone in the area if they don’t want to do stuff, it’s very much an IC declaration (and we’re fully aware how much land it is and therefore how extreme it is, especially with very few people to enforce it). Basically ignore it if you like! Contact with Melarue or Dayton is likely the way to get involved as there seems to be no address to send anything to.

*While any heraldry of this declaration would be recieved with confusion, questions and scepticism within Linistel, it would not take long for a public response to be given in return to the announcement.*

A clash of Sovereign claims

With the recent declaration brought forth by the 'Court of the Night Star' and the claims of territory within the desert by the 'Abyssal Consortia',
the Kingdom of Aor refutes the claims to these lands that fall within our own kingdom's borders.

These previously established Aorian lands within the desert are to be remained as they are and while the kingdom regrets to learn that no attempt to prior dialogue was made, they are still open to such if need be. Regardless, no territory held as sovereign claim by the Kingdom of Aor are currently to be relinquished despite claims made of others, may they be other kingdoms or otherwise.
Any attempt to seize these by force will not be responded to kindly.

If diplomacy is sought rather than efforts towards wordless dominance, those in rule of the Consortia may address Prince-Regent Linden Silveira of the Kingdom of Aor.

This is mainly a counter-announcement from Aor to reconfirm their own borders again with the declaration regarding the Abyssal Consortia.
Seeing the IC claims partially overlap near the rivers, this would warrant a public response as the claims have already been made public as well.
