Upcoming Halbed Ghostmoon/Decay Festival

An event likely going to happen in the town of Halbed some time this month.
Includes:
+ Pumpkin Stomping
- The players run around the region breaking pumpkins and taking the loot from the chest under it.

+ Costume Contest
- Best skin gets a radiant prize or something.

I had a hedge maze planned, but not enough funding to get it in. Most of my radiants are going to other projects in Halbed.
