A festival for many things is to be held, chief among them, an exchange of hostages with a party of Barental affiliates.

Activities include funerary rites for the fallen Thane, Hedlund "the Hilt" as well as others slain within the raiders' ranks. Afterward, a joust is to be held in their honor, and a concerto of minstrels led by Garland the Gallant.
