Umbra is a secret society founded with an interest in cross disciplinary exploration, and the discovery of occult and esoteric knowledge.
The Umbrites seek to explore the true face of the cosmos and the Planar, and are interested in cooperation with others.
Umbra seeks to amass a wealth of secrets to disseminate as they see fit. They believe that knowledge is key to defeating the various threats Altera faces.
Umbrites wear masks and remain anonymous in their meetings. It is not, however, forbidden to reveal oneself outside of a meeting.
Ones identity is their own secret to give or hide.
