A festival is in order. Raffles, games, speeches, challenges and activities!
[Snowball Fight]
10 Participants take part in a competition where the last one standing receives a prize gift and glory for their name

[Rules]
Participants must roll a 1d20 to evade a snowball dc that gets harder with each interval. They may only evade one snowball.
Participants may only ever carry one snowball at a time.
One round is needed for throwing a snowball,
If you are hit by a snowball, you are out of the game.
Last one to have avoided a snowball, wins.
[Puzzle]
A series of hints spread across the festival grounds, leading to a secret location from which a participant may pick a ticket, to later enter a raffle.
[Rules]
There are only 6 tickets, so only the fastest may opt for this.
Only take one ticket.
The puzzle is done in OOC movements, but remember to emote doing it.
[Puzzle raffle]
The first six participants to solve the puzzle will be entitled to enter a raffle
at the end of the event to win 5,000 radiants.
[Masquerade - Dance]
A competition based on the mask and attire brought, as well as ones ability to dance on ice.
[Rules]
A dance between 5 pairs are held. Staroll Soul+Guile or statroll Body+Evasion must be made between intervals to impress the NPC judge.
Statroll is done by both pairs, which must always beat a certain limit.
The limit is harder with each interval.
To enter, one must have a mask as well as the attire thematic to the season.
Last pair to survive the interval will win and attain their prize.

[Ice bath]
A competition to see who can last the longest in ice cold waters. A true testament to ones resilience of the cold.
All competitors must enter at their own risk, but know that warm towels and care will be afforded for their bravery, whether loser or winner.
Winner will receive glory and a single chosen commission from any available worker at the Drakenport Trading Coalition.
[Rules]
Participants must perform a statroll body+fortitude between intervals. The waters get colder with each interval, and as a result
so does the statroll.

[Gifting]
The festival should and shall be a grand opportunity to surprise someone with a gift in light of charity. That being said
those arranging it will make attempts to create such for those attending.
The only request is that those attending also prepare a gift, to be given away to someone unknown.
[Rules]
Me and a few others will try to manage something small through Hollowcrafting.
Cannot guarantee such for everyone who do not participate in time. Please comment at least a week in advance.
The earlier the better.
If participating, adjust for your favourite ice cream flavour being mentioned in your comment.
[Market stalls]
Per the festival, anyone who wishes to construct and maintain a stall to sell their make may opt to it.
