Of curious origin, full of myth and legend, the realm of Knowledge is reigned over by Visage ( pronounced VI-SAHJ ) after His violent usurping of the scholarly deity Silas. Academics are since then overseen by this young god, known as 'The Watcher' for his keen eye that sees all, and seeks even more. Ambitious and conniving, the mysterious God of Secrets and Shadows is revered by the hoarders of books and scrolls, fuelled by the incessant pursuit of knowledge and power by illicit means or otherwise. Followers range from sovereigns to swindlers, as his domains are inherent to all means of acquiring influence, be it in politics or underground bazaars. Many of the world's woes are associated with Him, though there is no telling what he may or may not have a hand in, as even his malicious peers in the Pantheon are subject to his deception.
