We declare war on you and all the ilk who have decided to take your side. What was once a pathetic joke to me has become like a plague of rats; good only to be smoked out and cut to pieces. We have captured one of your men, and by the Grace of the Gods and by our Mercy he will be tried in the month and will lose his hand for his crime of Robbery and the Assault of Honorary Deputy Uriel. As for the rest of you, we Charge you with the Following crimes:

1. To the Masked Sniper: You are charged with Three Counts of Attempted Murder, One Count of Attempted Regicide, Evasion of the Authorities, and Robbery.
2. To the Grey Earthspawn: You are charged with Battery and Assault of that most Valiant Clerk, Cod. You are also charged with one count of Evading of the Authorities, Robbery.
3. To Lady Southgate: You are charged with The Murder of One Alceste Bellanti, The Murder of a Guard, Isaac Lawney, Robbery, Smuggling, and Attempted Regicide.

We shall give you Five Days to surrender yourselves to the Veracian Guardie and submit to trial, in which your sentences shall be Lighter. If you not, all Veracians will be legally allowed to Arrest you, and all Guards will be obligated to Execute you should you resist Arrest.

To all non-citizens, know that The Royal Mitre will personally reward any group or individual 3,000 Radiants in the Capture of Lady Southgate's Associates, and 10,000 Radiants for the Capture of Lady Southgate.

Furthermore, a Date for the Trial of the Helmeted Man is set for the end of the 5 days. (OOC: The 20th, 4 PM EST)
