Region Move Request [Resolved]

Unfortunately after exploring every available option, Valdemar ( New Taalmarr ) has decided that we accidentally placed our regions to close together, in the name of getting the theme to work together. We are now looking to relocate one of them. I suppose the true question is weather or not the 100% refund is still in place?
