Bok'ra has fallen from grace.
Patron:
Jishrim

Overall Tier:
Tier 5
DIVINE PROGRESS [Please be aware. I'm not mentioning everything, and this is a massive oversight. A small version of all the many details, that really got him up in the tiers.]
The beginning - November 13th 2019

Bok'ra along with his tribesmen practice tribal worship towards Jishrim. Bok'ra did not wholly understand Jishrim, nor did his practices aid his devotion to him. Rituals revolving around the culture of his tribe are applied, some of which are influenced by the worship to the Grey Lady. It is by this time, that Bok'ra begins to feel the most betrayed by the outside world. Beholden by the massacre of his people.

The arrival of Archon: [Link] (Will take a time to actually find this.. please toss me the link if you have it.)
Bok'ra, along with the chieftain of his tribe travel to the rift where Archon and his sentinels remained. There they watched, among a crowd of others from all over the continent. Including Whitespoor and Broodmother. In a dire situation, Bok'ra and his chieftain rescue Broodmother thanks to her skull mask. Something that was considered holy in his tribe, was threatened by foreigners. They take her to their tribe, where they heal her and in turn, she begins to teach Bok'ra of Jishrim.

It is during this time, that Bok'ra's prayers and rituals become more fleshed out and perhaps more pleasing in Jishrim's eyes on his devoted path to Jishrim. Through Broodmother, Bok'ra is also met up with [Redacted] who grants him his first taste of Vyrism. Later he also meets with Whitespoor and The Gravekeeper and other members of the cult of STEP.

The burning of Queensport and divine siege of Thorne:
During Archon's stasis, Bok'ra along with the Gravekeeper, Whitespoor and [Redacted] enter Queensport. Burning it and assaulting its citizens and spreading ashen blight everywhere. This is the final time that Bok'ra questions his path to Jishrim, when he was to see a child torn from their parents and later smacked with a shovel. Perhaps the final time he was still sane.

Later, he attends the consecration of a church: [Consecration II]. There, he is integrated and welcomed into the cult: Stairway to Eternal peace, where their goal to seize life for Jishrim, was revealed. The church, under the catacombs of Thorne in a path most unknown and riddled with traps. During this time, the cult of STEP initiate a series of kidnappings with intent to torture and convert any of them into their faith. Bok'ra helps in this affair, while watching his mentors twist and lure some of these individuals.

Though, some ended up broken beyond repair, others would eventually turn to this faith or to become associates to the cult.

In time, Bok'ra would lead his own, two events: [Heart of strength] and [Discrimination of chaos]. In the first, he continues his assault by leading many of the cult members into cutting off a wheat carriage headed into Queensport. Slaughtering, and torturing some of the men defending it. In the other, he holds his own sermon in a glimmer of his own understanding of chaos and Jishrim. Following this, he is given three ashen hearts by a divine presence which he plants into three northern cities: Oren, Thorne and Eastwatch. Causing their populace to become paranoid and maddened. All are struck into great famine afterwards, as a result of the hearts affliction.

Sometime during this, Bok'ra becomes touched by Jishrim and earns his place as a blessed in his divine worship.

Retribution - February 19th, 2020
Following Bok'ra's blessing, he latches himself to finding new and younger recruits for STEP. All the while, beginning too question its 'authority'. Having been granted a taste of real madness through his blessing, he couldn't quite chip on the notion of being ordered around by those he had the least respect for. Bok'ra successfully recruits [Redacted] and [Redacted] into becoming initiates. His mind buzzing on the notion, pleased with how strong he'd become. Displeased, that no one else understood that Jishrim was truly, the god above all gods. Whose web spanned everywhere, and everything. Though none would admit it, he knew they were all subjects to the whims of Jishrim. Its perhaps then that Bok'ra realised what it would take to truly serve his god. To serve, and never quite reveal the truth behind it, bringing everyone subject to chaos. Everyone. A sad, but adamant path. One that would infuriate even those among him.

It became evident his nature and worship of his god would inevitably turn aside everyone close to him. Thus, becoming a recluse. Working mostly alone. Every now and then meeting with his cult to accomplish events and heaps of schemes in chaos. He sought to experiment in this time he spent alone, finding extreme potency in the blood of a curious creature. Melzar. The blood alone would any who became its vessel, extremely sensitive and angry at a whim.

Sometime during this, the Arachian lord called aid from the powers around the world. Answering this call, was infact, Bok'ra and among him several other servants of the chaos god or servants of the wight. Even, servants of the faceless. Allied under similar goals. They'd wage war, assess deadly traps and scout the divine lands of Nid arach for powerful artifacts and unique armor. Bok'ra holds a [sermon] in the arachian fort. With the arachian lord as his witness, he welcomes the Grey Widow and Grimhare into the cult of STEP, gathering their scarlet tears into a cauldron as was traditional. He performs [God's calling]. A strange, but exceptionally prized ritual sacrifice, known only by certain Jishrimites, a great work of their saint: Whitespoor. He swears an oath to always target those who [R e d a c t e d]. He probably held [another sermon], too. A great creature was then captured and mutated. Bok'ra's interest in mutations and molding flesh in divine experimentation was sparked.

Bok'ra causes small ruckus in Blackrush, simply by leaving a small, dried up head on a door and nothing else. Causing some of its inhabitants to fall into deep paranoia and depression. In truth, this had been done before. Whether it was actually by his hand, or if it was simply someone else taking advantage of his audacious and public reputation remained a question. No doubt Blackrush's inhabitants thought it was Bok'ra. It was repeated again, years later, making way to a similar effect.

Following. He was woken up by sinister pain, a tooth was pushed out by Ivory. He had earned his place as that of Sacred.
Fractures - June 2020
The stairway grows ever fractured. Cracking in the long aftermath of Whitespoor's death...

Bok'ra travels the lands into the south, where he's met with the leader of a Sooleran capital. The height of their cultural heritage, at least for those who didn't become nomads and travel in caravels. There, he earns their respect as one to manage and assist the ever present construction. Using this leverage to aid himself certain key spots within. While additionally, he curses and manifests paranoia within said leader. Making sure only he would have such easily harnessed respect from them.

Similarly, he travels to Blackstone where he is met with Axes Hawklight. He fosters respect enough to earn citizenship there, even a house and permission to tend to the -------- there. Constructing a shrine under it.

During this time, Bok'ra is traveling the world a lot. Utilizing his sacred artifact and biting into people at massacre levels. Gaining new information, such as the whereabouts and who were against them in the arachian lands, spreading nightmares and terror everywhere. It's through this terror, that he aids Grimhare, his apprentice, into becoming that of blessed. [Coin of pain] is retrieved.

Bok'ra begins to construct the scarlet asylum, and within, a new shrine dedicated to Jishrim. At this shrine are offered several items as sacrifice. The inklings of a future wars begin as the theodrans seek out the asylum. A place intended for safety. Angered by this, Bok'ra seeks out certain theodrans in attempt to suck out information from them whether politely or violently.

Another student of Bok'ra, Ihkeer or later to be named: Mothman holds a chimera event where Bok'ra is met with Foxbells, who, in a spontaneous and sickened twist, Bok'ra attacks and bites into. Receiving information from her past as well as causing her to suffer incredible paranoia and nightmares. The two, along with Grimhare attend Broodmother's experimentation. The leader who Bok'ra already detested. Here he learns of the lady's habits with Podric, and becomes even more sickened with her.

Somewhere in Astrum, Bok'ra makes an innocent man eat a bird alive. Sometime in Nid arach, Bok'ra tortures Lucian Moonstone into madness. With information from Lucian, Bok'ra meddles with the Hardanger's and their reputation. Pressing an already confused and torn reputation further into spikes.

Come time, Bok'ra would construct several shrines in not only Blackstone, but also Old-ralidor. All hidden from the open eye, but something those with more eyes than one could spot and go to. It is during this time, that he begins to take more and more interest in mutations with his time spent in Nid arach. The ability to warp one's skin and flesh. Through the power of god, Bok'ra was able to channel this warping into several animals. Beginning to then wonder how to transmit it into mortal beings.

He experiments with plain mutilations, making man look more animals by cutting ears into pointier means or simply attaching fur and bone to victims. He finds that the blood of Melzar is an apt tool for making the mortal body more akin to animal. Not only this, but far more prone to anger than usual. He does not consume it himself, but finds others to be his victims. His words were "Beauty in the primal anger that animals give, shame that it is Theodra who must carry that burden". Anger was the most natural feeling to him, and to think he could find ways to invoke it in others, but also make them appear more animal was a dream come true.

He began to write rituals to appeal to his god, to ask the divine touch of Jishrim to be bestowed upon victims and warp their flesh into wolves. Prior to this, he had gone on a hunting trip with Aryn and two others. During this hunt, which was deliberately directed at wolves, Bok'ra claims victory over not only the slain wolves, but also Aryn's life. With an intent to later turn him into an animal thematic to the hunt.

Bok'ra would eventually fail in this, but in the absence of Aryn, he found Cassius. Thusly, with Cassius von Hardanger and the right properties for a ritual. He channels his prayers with his students and colleagues of faith to conjure Cassius into a wolfman. This worked, and Cassius spent his fair share as a maddened and rabbid giant wolf. For the first time, he witnessed what his god could truly accomplish and this excited him immensely.

However it may have been, this excitement soon turned into ash with Theodra barring Jishrim from the wolf. Taking it as one of her domains, and sparking a holy war between the two faiths. Jishrim demanding his followers to take everything, and kill every last wolf. Bok'ra took this message to the heart and swore an oath to always target wolves, unless touched by Jishrim. In turn the theodrans struck their bodkins to spiders. It has been ongoing ever since.

Bok'ra still continues to attempt to find ways to curse victims into the wolf, but to do this he would have to rip and tear the wolf from theodra's domains or at least, be cursed by her. He plots to find a way to this.

[The entire history is in my divine conversation which I'm far too tired and lazy to actually paste over here. Nonetheless, there's at least 2 more pages I haven't placed here.]

I'm now beginning to update this profile to better suit the new divine profile layout. It will take a moment of time, as I will have to go through my divine log and edit in such a way that it won't be so prone to metagaming.
