Each morning at the crack of dawn, regardless of location or circumstances, Marceau goes outside and finds a location where the eastern horizon is most visible, in order to witness the Sun's daily ascent into the heavens. As the Sun rises, Marceau kneels down and begins a lengthy prayer, giving thanks to the Lightbringer for gracing the world with Her presence once more, and asking for Her guidance and wisdom in the tasks and tribulations of the day to come
~ + Breakfast Blessing - 6:00am to 6:30am +
Following his sunrise prayer, Marceau will more often than not begin cooking his breakfast, frequently humming familiar Ignite hymns while he works. Once finished with his culinary stylings, a short prayer is given in order to bless the food before it is consumed, as is done before nearly every true meal Marceau eats
~ + Noontide Prayers - 12:00pm to 12:15pm +
When midday finally comes, and the Sun reaches its zenith, Marceau makes certain that a short period of time is taken from his day to simply stop and give praise and gratitude to Ignis Synnove for all that She does for Altera and its many peoples. This is often done in the form of a time of prayer and appreciation, along with a small burnt offering of gold, money, or some small trinket with any sort of sentiment attached to it
~ + Midday Meditation - 12:00pm to 1:00pm {Thronesday only} +
Thronesday is the only exception to the above observance, during which the time of prayer and offering is foregone in lieu of an hour spent in silent meditation exclusively on Ignis Synnove and Her holy scriptures. To this end, Marceau uses [Ignite] to light several candles in a ring, gets to his knees in the center of said ring, and clears his mind of all worldly thoughts and worries, focusing entirely upon the Light and Its teachings
~ + Doctrinal Study - 4:45pm to 6:15pm +
In the leisure hours of the evening, assuming he has some time in solitude, Marceau indulges in the study of any and every piece of Ignite doctrine and scripture he can get his hands on, learning all he can of his religion's past so as to better help shape its future
~ + Sunset Sacraments - 6:30pm to 7:00pm +
As the Sun's return beyond the horizon draws near and the day comes to an end, Marceau makes a retreat to somewhere private and out of the way, preferably where he can see the westward sky, and begins his final prayers for the day. These devotions are often more contemplative in nature than those given earlier in the day, highlighting his shortcomings and failures while asking both for the forgiveness of his sins, and that the Lightbringer's rays might shine once more come morning

~ + Summary: Marceau's first sermon, given in the Storm's Landing Cathedral, in which he preached on the importance of nobility of the spirit, and how it finds its
roots in the nature of Ignis Synnove. Following the sermon, and after a short period of answering the questions of those in attendance, the fires of the Lightbringer's shrine flared up, and a pair of luminous wings could briefly be seen in the inferno, marking the end of the event with a sign from the Light

~ + Summary: A short discussion hosted by Podric Flanders in the Storm's Landing Catherdral, intended to help clarify any misconceptions the general populace might
have regarding the Lightbringer and Her faith. While almost entirely uneventful, it has remained in the back of Marceau's mind to this day as an example of how teaching those not of the faith should be done

~ + Summary: A symposium orchestrated by Podric to discuss topics related to the Synnove, her church, and recent events involving the Archangel Glory, which was
hosted within St. Charles' Cathedral in Haven. Many topics were discussed over the course of the evening, including Marceau's recent elevation to the status of Blessed, much to the surprise of several in attendance. Despite the event's success ultimately being somewhat mixed, it was still a definite step forward for the Church du Soleil

~ + Summary: A call for aid was put out by Podric, asking those who were willing to come forth and defend the Lightbringer's shrine in the Lost Frontier. A party
was soon formed, and within a few weeks, all was preparations were in order for the expedition, which departed on the 19th. The party had hardly set foot upon the Frontier's shores before they were beset on all sides by Skraag's hordes, and in what seemed both an eternity and no time at all, a heated battle had been fought and won, leaving Marceau, Podric, and many others heavily injured, but still alive and ready for their eventual second assault on the undead

~ + Summary: Upon receiving Charles du Lavoyarde's invitation to a meeting regarding a supposed crusade, Marceau made his way down the Blackrush river to the
city of Vayeux, and into the township's modest church for the conference. The discourse over the potential crusade proved fruitful in the end, and Marceau and Podric spoke of future plans in private after all had concluded

~ + Summary: The first attempt made by Marceau at doing a public offering in the form of a service held in the Cathedral of St. Charles in Haven, opened with a short
sermon on remaining steadfast even in the face of trying times. Though no open protest was given during either the sermon or offering proper, when the ceremony had ended, Podric approached Marceau on behalf of the Lightbringer to express Her displeasure with the service as a whole, sighting the sermon as being too influenced by the tenets and ideals of the Valiant, and that the offering given was inadequate for the intended purpose. Though initially disheartening news, Podric followed it with the statement that he would be personally taking over Marceau's instruction in the faith, much to the elation of his newly dubbed protégé

~ + Summary: Once more, Podric called to arms those who would stand against Skraag and his legions of the damned in defense of his shrine, and once more did
Marceau take his place among those few who chose to depart on that foul voyage to the fetid shores of the Lost Frontier. Even with the advantages of experience and better preparation, the battle against the unliving was still a nigh-insurmountable task, and while Marceau was actually capable of walking home on his own two legs following this event, many of those he cared for were far less fortunate

~ + Summary: Following the dark news that Thure von Hardanger's daughter Elexana was struck with the curse of Vyrism, Marceau was hastily summoned to the
Hardanger Estate in order to perform a Sunblessing. He was met upon arrival by the sight of a house in disarray and a family in fear, and it took nearly no time at all for the afflicted to agree to undergo the ritual. Soon the Sunblessing was underway, and after hours upon hours of prayer and pain, Elexana was freed of her curse and made a servant of the Light, to which her family rejoyced

~ + Summary: Marceau was among the multitude who flocked to the Landing's Cathedral on that most blessed of days when the Pantheon chose their Exalts, and
his excitement at the thought of his mentor being bestowed with such an honor was difficult to contain. This excitement was only heightened at the appearance of what seemed to be either an aspect or servant of the Lightbringer Herself, which appeared as if from thin air and crowned Podric as the Exalt of Ignis Synnove. Their appearance at all was enough to make it a memory Marceau would treasure until his last breath

~ + Summary: Much akin to the earlier shrine-defense events with Podric, Thure von Hardanger put out a summons to his fellow Ignites to fight off hordes of undead
out in the wilds beyond the Wards, and Marceau was once again among the first to volunteer. Despite their lighter numbers and lessened fortifications, the battle was a surprising success, with the most severe wounds sustained being a few shallow cuts and a broken arm, which the spoils were well worth

~ + Summary: A sermon in Storm's Landing, hosted by Cassius West, discussing the importance of order above all else, including personal biases. Despite having some
minor qualms with the overall message of coexistence and setting aside religious differences for the sake of keeping order, Marceau ultimately found the service to be a worthwhile one, leaving him with much to think on

abide by them regardless of circumstance. The sermon went off without a hitch, and was entirely devoid of any subsequent happenings

~ + Summary: The fires were lit, and once again Thure called for aid in defense of his monastery, with his fellow Blessed of Ignis Synnove answering that call with
holy fire and steel. Now armed with Podric, the followers of the Light tested their mettle once more against the unholy forces of Skraag, emerging in one piece to the glory of Synnove even in spite of the uneven odds
