Finished [Dec 13th] Town Hall; Candidate Edition

With the recent election coming up, candidates are urged to come forward and speak about the ideals they would represent for the people of Storm's Landing if elected.
This Town Hall will be a speaking point for the candidates to try and gain the vote to either remain in the Council or be elected into the Council.
Each candidate will have a short speaking time to be able and present their ideas before the city.
