It is not to say that he speaks too much- often, when he does speak, it is poorly timed or glances off the conversation in an unintended way. With this in mind, he bears it on his sleeve and will use it to try and get a rise out of perceived threats. When among favored individuals, Billon shares more idealistic and optimism inclined ideals, and will latch onto those that will reveal their true natures in a similar way.
