Signifying a greater claim to the ocean in the pantheon.

Many of the ships in the Eldpoint Harbour set sail, after angry mobs of Silver Elves break out into riot against the mostly-human harbour workers, in the wake of new banners flying over the palace. Many in the slums stay in their homes, behind shuttered windows, waiting for the violence to pass. Many of the loyal hold-outs of the Guard find themselves surrounded by traitorous colleagues, or mobs seemingly armed with professional equipment, forcing them to flee.

A few claim to have spotted Leighton riding towards the city with some of his retainer, though the Count has not been seen since the revolutionaries' announcement, much less the rest of the Althams ...​

As word of the revolution reaches Astrakhan by way of traveller and fleeing diplomat, the residents of the Asrakosian city have been informed not to travel to the city.

More disturbing, many people report seeing the Legion's dragon banner outside the barrack's gates, which denotes a time of strife.

The Basileos has also been spotted meeting with many of his lieutenants, long into the wee hours of the night.

Whatever happens, one thing is for sure; Astrakhan will be going to war. ​

Meanwhile, tradesmen begin working, building temporary walls between the slums and the rest of the city, to contain violence.​

As the sun rises on a new day in Eldpoint, vigilant citizens notice a new accessory on their mountain. A ripped piece of red fabric with a white eagle emblazoned on it is tied to a pole like a flag, gently blowing in the wind.

It is heavily stained with blood.

Curious folk who travel to the spot to investigate find a makeshift sign pinned to its pole, the words painted on in blood.

[!] A new set of posters have been put up around Eldpoint and Storm's landing, reading in the common tongue the following: [!]

"The following decrees have been spoken by those of the reform council:

I. A greater share of the Eldpoint treasury will be assigned to the guilds and city guardforce.
II. The Eldpoint Reform Council has declared the Royal guard of Leighton Altham disbanded, and invites them to join the city guard.
III. The Eldpoint reform council has recognized and accepted the want for those not of Elven blood to seek residence in the city, those who wish so will be allowed to do so in the harbour quarter. (Those residing outside of the harbour quarter are to be escorted there in the near future.)
IV. Those not of Silver-elven blood will not be permitted on the Eldpoint reform council nor the guilds of Eldpoint.
V. An amnesty is granted to those who supported the Althams, and will be allowed to aid in the rebuilding of Eldpoint.
VI. The former Altham estate is to be dismantled and its land and materials used for building homes for the Silver elves of Eldpoint.
VII. Lastly, The Eldpoint reform council wishes to reconcile with their brothers in the Verdant Valley.
VIII. The reform council of Eldpoint wishes to hold a trial against Leighton Altham for his alleged crimes, if he will not show he shall be represented by his regent.

The great castle of Queensport is almost completed, building from the broken sections of the old years prior. An influx of trade is noted, with supplies going to work on the interiors of the great halls.

Although the power of the deities who were worshiped there was just enough to protect their respective shrines, the city is ruined.
The exact events that occurred there are vague and range from Qlippoth's creatures overrunning the place to Qlippoth itself wreaking havoc upon the stronghold.
Whatever happened, the result remains the same; Praes Divina has been fatally wounded and now serves as nothing but a pilgrimage destination for the few shrines that still remain there... Battered but intact.​
