Rumour spreads around the continent of a lottery being run by someone in Storm's Landing.
NPCs would approach the occasional person asking if they would be wanting to purchase a ticket and enter the draw for a handful of radiants.

Who knows how large the pot will grow...

Eliss is running a lottery for those across the land, tickets are 200 radiants each (May make a maximum cap at 10 tickets per person). Winner of the draw will be given the final jackpot however for the sake of business 10% of it will be subtracted (Jackpot x 0.1). This doesn’t require any in game rp and will for the most part be handled on the forums with the following template:
