A treatsie is written and published 17th of Sunbright and quickly distributed across to officials, rulers, governments, libraries and offices across Altera.
The Document is called "Treatsie against Jishrim - 16th Sunbright 2308"

It is written to purpose removing Jishrim from the Pantheon with reasons why.

I will have this book in-game soon.

Waterday, 16th of Sunbright should be marked as an important day-- a turning point for Alteran attitudes towards Jishrim and how we proceed with respect for the Gods. I write this treatises on behalf of my friends whom have died battling Jishrim. My friends, the mundane, the innocent, the Blessed, the Mages-- all whom battled Jishrim and his maddening trope for little purpose more than wanting a better life, a safer future for Altera.

For years, I have said Jishrim has had no place amongst our Pantheon. To explain why, one must look at the purpose of our Pantheon. It exists to be the officially recongised Alteran Gods, our Gods who guide us, protect us and give us purpose. This is not a statement of morality- for both the 'lawful' and 'dark' Gods give aid against outside Alteran threats. The Pantheon has never been a solid, never changing selection of deities. Gods have come and gone, through either lack of faith, deaths or- most famously- Corruption.

Jishrim does not belong on the Pantheon for he has never-- nor shall ever-- aid Alterans against external foes. The very presence of Jishrim is to uphold chaos, sow pain and discord throughout our Realm. It was Jishrim from the start of recorded history whom sought internal conflict between races. It was Jishrim whom gave Corruption to Harateth and began the Harateth War of 2261-4. It was Jishrim whom fed Visage power, which lead to the death of Gods at the hands of Aldred in 2304.
And now-- Waterday, 16th of Sunbright 2308-- following his taking of the Mantle of Life from Shalherana on Fireday, 11th of Sunbright, 2306-- Jishrim has left the Storms Landing Cathedral in ruin after a bitter struggle between exalts.

The Storms Landing Cathedral is not simply a place. It is a representation, a holy neutral ground that has been maintained by the Gods and devoted of all since its construction. Jishrim fought the other Gods here for his selfish desire to reign supreme. None benefit from his actions than those whom follow him. Jishrim's followers, insane and unstable individuals, cultists that murder, torture and kill.
Nid Arach exists to be a suicide location for adventurers. Jishrim's followers cause war. The Sons of Jishrim causing destruction in their wake, the Battle of Astrum proof of this.

There will be those whom debate Jishrim exists in the Pantheon to maintain 'natural order' and promote 'balance' within a theory of perfect neutrality in the Gods. This theory must be put aside, for even if correct, Jishrim's current actions are causing inbalance throughout the Realm with nothing 'natural' in sight. I do not believe in this theory, foremost- for plenty of Figments fill the void of balance in our existence with no ill-effects upon us. By removing Jishrim from the Pantheon, it kills not the entity: it removes the current benefit of tolerance Alterans have given Jishrim since Post Creation's start. Should you wish for more proof regarding Jishrim creating inbalance within the Pantheon, consider the events of Waterday, 16th of Sunbright: the murder of Thordil, Exalt of Korog- the God known for keeping balance and neutrality. It is the actions of Jishrim which lead to his death. There is no balance in Jishrim's actions.

Jishrim's status on our Pantheon allows tolerance of society, despite there being no reason. His shrine at the Cathedral allowed open worship for the God of Madness-- despite the fact his worship is illegal in every Kingdom, shrines being banned from open construction beyond that of the wilderness or shadows. By allowing him on the Pantheon, his name can be written in scholarly pursuits regarding the divine. Conversation regarding him becomes natural. Potential Jishrimites seek him out because they are allowed to- for he is part of the Pantheon. Consider, for example, the potential worship of Kilrox-- and how, without acceptance of him on the Pantheon, he has only had one public follower in the last year.

We should not glorify our overwhelming foe. Jishrim should be stripped of his recongition as part of the Pantheon. To say any differently encourages further terrorism in the future, in our lifetime or for our children. This is not a heretical recommendation of murdering a deity: Jishrim will continue to exist in one form or another regardless of actions taken in coming weeks. However, we should weaken Jishrim by removing official status amongst the Pantheon for his crimes against all the Gods, including that against Visage and Skraag. Jishrimites in recent weeks have targeted Skraagites for no better reason than to sow hatred. There is no secrets nor advantage Visages gain from Jishrim's mindless savage calamity.

I am a scholar. I pride myself on the study of the metaphysical. I respect the Gods and their actions to us mortals. For this reason, I say with great certainty there is no genuine reason to not remove Jishrim from the Pantheon. No theoretical 'natural order' shall be damaged, for Gods have come and gone with far more pressing and overpowering Figments and Mantles than 'madness,' 'evil' or even 'change.' Jishrim shall still exist if my recommendation is heeded, albeit with more cultural stigma than already glaring.

The events of Waterday, 16th of Sunbright should not be forgotten-- it is the day Jishrim caused the events which lead to the destruction of the Storms Landing Cathedral, the destruction of true harmony between the Pantheon in a singular location for all faithful mortals to use and worship. Jishrim destroyed this.
Jishrim has openly declared he cares not for the other Gods. Any reaction to change this point of view after this treatsies publication will be a petty attempt to manipulate us to make the next nefarious deed more of a surprise, to extract more fear and chaos out of Altera Four. We should not allow this. We should give no quarter. Suffer not the Jishrimite.

Remember Waterday, 16th of Sunbright. The day the bells came tumbling down. The day we suffer not Jishrim any longer.
