I cannot express how happy I am with this campaign, and how content I feel as its completion. You're absolutely lovely and brillant, Event Team.
I really enjoyed the event but am disappointed that Joseph's beard wasn't destroyed at any moment within the attack.

Sure but this was like, 10 people (assuming the other camp had the same problem, which I believe they did), which means it's a rather significant problem if 10/50 people were more or less left out. It may have been just a larger communication error on either end, but again, what can we do now? We just have to wait for next campaign.

GhostKairo123 did your camp get a reply?
I agree with this - I’m not throwing any hate or blame, but the event would have been enjoyable for me if there was also focus on other camps, not just the main one. Perhaps something to draw us to the main camp, since DMing these different locations would definitely not be easy.

I suppose I should’ve asked a DM about it instead of waiting that long, so that’s on me.

Yeah I definitely need to say that’s on you guys. In part it is your responsibility to make yourselves known to the DMs

The two camps were known by the DMs. I believe there was confusion over the war and whether it was starting at the time of the event or not, if people would be safe if they were supposed to start at the rift, and so on. Some people stayed back because we weren't sure about it. The first half was conversation and an hour into it. I would have broadcasted something once the pigmen/Strange began attacking, as there were horns blown to warn the camps. But I was also distracted by ooc things and in-game things. Sorry about this. Hope folks still managed to get some rp in all of this as I heard stuff still happened.

I understand that, but again: since I was TPed to a particular area, I didn't think I'd have to also let them know I was there. You know what I mean? Especially since there were 3-4 other people there with me.

DMing so many people (spread across a few different locations) is difficult so I get it won't be perfect, but I thought I'd just share what happened - for next time.

Good
Okay, So I think missing out on a good portion of ONE OF THE BEST CAMPAIGNS in years hindered my enjoyment a little.
But the bits I was here for I will value up in the likes of the Haraheth war. There are still things to do, Irons in the fire and plans to fulfill.
But things are feeling very hopeful both IC and OOC. And I wouldn't be upset if the next few were not as good as this one.

Elz was willing to DM at a whim's notice just for the sake of player immersion
I came in completely out of the loop and saved a child, one of my character's core values.

It's times like this which make me want to improve on my own RP. And It's one of my goals to more properly emote better next year.

My highlights include
-Coming back after being gone half the campign to find everyone supporting the Archon (OH NO)
-Morally struggling among both sides Eventually snapping to the point to harm a sentinel, One of the first attempts to /kill/ Something with magic for Frons. Big deal. yes.
-Finding out Vyres were spreading the curse and friends changing. Some for better, most for worse.
-Stumbling into compendium with a fresh and noble idea in his head, And the things that proceeded it
-Being there to support Theo for the peace meeting, Didn't end up doing much But it was fun and it worked out (thank you for including me)
-Shalherana stuff
-Blarg being nice enough to let me see the end, where most people were happy, Something I didn't think I would see again after a campaign for a long, long time.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Also, Fronslin going off the deepend was mega fun.

As my first experience on this server, I really enjoyed this arc. There were a lot of character build up and developments happening and it was really well done. Thank you for this experience and I hope the next arc will be just as good or even better!

The DM's did a good job with the plot to get people involved and steadily work up the plot. Turnout really showed how much people enjoyed it. I don't think I have seen that many on in quite some time. Good Job event team.

Speaking from the "ambush" camp on the Against Archon side, we received our direction regarding two of our fucked up cannons (thanks to some hilarious dice rolls) and our view of the battlefield from our position via PM a couple times, with GhostKairo123 communicating with Blarg, so while some of us who didn't show up to the main battle until it had literally ended were not being explicitly DM'd by someone present, we were at least accounted for, and I, unfortunately, have to say I feel it wasn't a hundred percent on us.

I understand that there were supposed to be a couple signals but I feel the argument of, "You should've questioned whether or not you'd been forgotten," can be turned into, "You should've wondered why very few people responded to your signal." This, obviously, is only my account of one encampment, and frankly, 3/5 of us were entirely incapacitated within 2-3 emotes after Stasis ended anyways, but I'm not exactly clear on when the window for these signals was, before the end of Stasis.

That being said!
Any argument for or against the efficacy of the signals probably falls under a standard situation and this was a very non-standard situation. I of course understand that we're all only human and couldn't possibly imagine it wasn't really hard to DM for like the 30+ who were in the main spat - I have a hard enough time DM'ing for 5 people, and that's in person. I really do appreciate all the staff who did put in work, with Blarg even taking the time to answer a couple of questions I had very quickly in the thick of things. I can't imagine how obscenely difficult it is to keep up with that fast-scrolling sea of yellow Minecraft text. I really did have some fun RP in my camp before and after the stasis ended. I just don't feel it's entirely fair to turn the issue around on those who were genuinely unclear, and not necessarily expecting Strange to attack IC.

TL;DR: some eggs cracked, omelette made, but it was fun anyways

Had a lot of fun with this campaign tbh, even if there were ups and downs for me personally.

Props to Elz and blargtheawesome for a lot of the DM work, managing stuff going on at the side or in the background during the whole campaign, etc.
Props to those on the playerbase side who worked hard on both the Pro and Anti Archon sides of the conflict.
Also props to Jazzper on the 'AA' side of things for the planning, building and effort he did in organizing a lot of this side of the conflict, as well as all the people that helped out on this end.
And seeing it's practically near wide-spread about Bliss now, extra props to Elz for some extra stuff she worked on and managed during the campaign, as well as bearing with me and my nonsense barrage in Convo's.

Hope people weren't too salty OOCly about the Bell-theft attempt, probably the wildest and most ballsy thing I'll ever manage or dare to do. It had its reasons/related background situation, so don't be too harsh on the non-IC part of it. :p

Definitely been an interesting ride, especially with how many sides beyond the player-created conflict, like Archon, Know, Strange, even the gods, all had their own influence and interactability for the players. No real static and linear road in how things progressed, seeing stuff players did affect what happened in various was definitely added a lot.
